Claiming stage
I have been fortunate enough to have a good experience regarding my claim process as I was assisted by Stef**** Potgieter and Lindie Nel. Lindie was very professional and helpful and quick to respond, always keeping me in the loop. My only complaint is that Stef****, who was handling my claim did not communicate with me often, I requested call backs and sent emails but didn't hear back until I was contacted by Lindie.
