Claiming for car damage repairss

I thank Ivan molefe for such a wonderful service he provided. Very friendly guy who tried to assist me as he could. I'm clearly not happy with the insurance itself. I had a minor MVA accident and when I submitted my claim I was told how high my access is and how the insurance is not going to pay should the assessments say its less. I mean who on earth has an access of R 27000?? Excuse me for not reading my terms and conditions carefully but fact of the matter is, it's my money that I want to repair my car. The insurance deducts my money every month without hesitation but when we in need for our money we are told how much the excess is of which is ridiculous because if the king really takes care of his castle someone should have called me and made aware of this because it's very funny. For someone like me who's driving a small car with an excess of that amount?? It's ridiculous because even Mercs,Audis and BMW don't have that much of excess. I'm told that ammendments could only be made for future claims but what about the money I pay every month. I never claimed before let alone skipped pay and this is the service I get. Do I really have to fix my car out of my pocket?? NO WAYS
