Claiming

On the 5th of December, I had an accident. I then called the emergency help line of King Price, I was assisted by a very friendly lady (I did not get her name). On the 6th of December, Lesege Phatshwane called me and helped me open a claim. The car got scheduled to be assessed on the 8th of December. I then got the assessment report on the 15th of December. The car was assessed by Phemelo Letebele, he called me to discuss the damages on the car with me.

Lesego then called me again on the 18th of December to let me know my claim has been approved.

The accident took place in PE, so I am currently waiting for the car to be taken to Ronnie motors in EL. But thus far, I am really happy with the service I am getting.

Phemelo and Lesego have been very helpful to me, and this is my first car, so I have no experience in claiming for a cat or what so ever.
