Claimed yet no outcome
Very bad service Put in a claim over a month ago and still no outcome. Sent a follow up email after a week the claim was processed then an assecor was sent out which was 2 weeks ago thereafter no feedback. My premiums are paid on time to assist me in these kinds of unforeseen situations but it proves to be no help. This is my first claim Ever since using them.
I would like all my premiums to be paid to me that I have paid over the past three years so I can fix my vehicle and move on to another service provider.
