Claim unattended
I have been with this insurance since 2015, and last year around August I called in to put a claim for my car radio. I even requested they pull my call so they can hear what I was informed about when I took the cover. Jan 2019 I spoke to a person from the claims department regarding this matter and she told me that she will give me a call back and I have never heard from any one to date. Is King price only after our money?
