Claim taking long time

I lodge a claim on the 16 January 2026 for my house content but till today there is no progress on my claim no turnaround time frame for my claim to be finalised when I call who ever I spoke with does not giving a reasonable answer they are so *********** after three weeks nothing tangible with my claim I am even tired for waiting and I was thinking of taking another policy for the building but no way they are treating customers so bad I not even refer my family and friends to take policies with them they are so ***********
