Claim still not finalized after 2 months!!!!

This is now officially the worst service I have ever gotten! I already reviewed King Price on their bad service when you claim, then they come back and tell you they TRIED to get hold of you but you were unavailable! Yes some of us have to Work but that does not mean that you cannot get in contact via written communication!!!! However, this is not the issue. You have sent a very nice mail stating that the claim is finalized but I still have NO laptop and or payment for this claim!! If you were as serious about paying out claims as you were about taking our monthly payments, you would have been a great company but now I am definitely NOT recommending you to any person!
