claim status

Hi I have been waiting for an outcome of a claim that I have made against the driver who drove into my car, which was written off.

I have communicating with Tsholofelo Adams since September last year and I always have to send her emails to try to find out what is the status of the claim against the other party.

She promised to get back to me after having a meeting with the insurance of the other party which as to take place on the 18th of December 2020. Still there is no response from her.

Can someone please tell me what is the status of the claim we made against the other party.
