Claim rejection - Lies from Samu
So, After asking my Consultant last week Thursday if there is any information she needed and if there is anything else outstanding, and she said NO, she is waiting for the police report to verify the details, as we had agreed. Today I get a rejection email for my claim saying I did not provide all the required information, now I am puzzled.
