Claim rejection

CKP***/2 . I’m disappointed in KingPrice. I was carjacked and kidnapped 2 weeks ago. I’m currently admitted in hospital for therapy. My car was stripped and damaged and KingPrice is rejecting my claim on the basis that when I joined them last year April/ May I skipped or did not pay 1 month premium with Iwize a month upon joining KingPrice . This doesn’t make sense cause I never skipped payments with KingPrice since joining them. I’m starting to believe the narrative that insurances look for loopholes not to process claims while we pay them every month . Peter kindly assist me… I need help and to report this bad practice from KingPrice. Now my stay at hospital has gotten worse and this will affect my health as well. Please
