Claim rejection

I am writing this to express my disappointment with King price insurance. I have been using the said insurance for more or almost a year without skipping a monthly premium.

I am particularly concerned with a rejection of the claim from the insurance company twice in a row. 1st time the insurance rejected my claim stating that my gearbox needs just a maintenance. 2nd time around I have been told that they cannot cover a cracked gearbox with a leaking oil however the problem was resolved from the 1st rejection now my insurance is coming with all new story.

I am saddened by this treatment and I am on my way to cancel this policy and opt for another one that can treat me better than this
