Claim Rejection - 160323 - CKP***/5 - Matsepe

It is with great disappointment to write this letter to you due to the outcome of the lodged claim on the above reference claim number written here above. i don't think you expect me to smile or have you changed your promise to your clients.<br> I read and understood my Insurance Policy very well. I have been with King price for a while together with my family and friends.<br> There is nowhere in the policy document stating that if i allow anybody to drive my car i should change that person to be a regular driver. I am the owner and regular driver of my car more than any other person in my household, rather anybody in my house did drive that car through my permission.not as regular drivers but as the need arises to use the car, nothing changed the information which is in the policy contract, if so i should have informed you when i change ownership or the regular driver. <br> i understand who is the incident driver and this is what happened in my case.<br> (If the incident driver is not the regular driver and younger than 25 years OR has a driver's licence for less than 2 years) I am not happy to be told to change the incident driver to replace (myself) the regular driver by Shaun.
