Claim Rejected with no compromise

Claim ***/1 I have never claimed on any of my insurance policies. now that i have a claimed of my child's laptop and trying to give all that i can as a single mother, she is in university and it is not cheap, and the little money i have to make sure that her laptop was insured. they have rejected the claim stray out, no compromise. we pay so much on insurance for what, this is my first time experience this service level and i must say this was not nice
