accident occurred due to the car losing control with deflated tyre. And to avoid an oncoming truck they investigated over a month and half then next thing they rejected the claim . they said Claim rejected statement i did not take steps to prevent or minimise the loss whle the person who was handling the claim said claim was rejected due to speed and that I did not obey road signs/rules .

we called them more a week looking for feedback and we didn’t get anything.
