Claim rejected

Bad insuarence dont waist your money,they are ****s,my car was ****** at mall@reds on the 9th of august 2024,the security showed us the footage of my car entering parking and also time my car left the mall. King prince it took them 2 Weeks to start with the investigations,when we eventually got to the mall when they started to investigate. Mall@reds told us the footage of incidance was no where to be found,king price is refusing to pay my car because they are saying my car key i gave them is not the same key with my car,how do i know if the investigator is telling the truth,because i was not with him when he took my car to BMW to verify is is my car key.all i know is that the key i gave king prince investigator is the key i have been using when i got to the mall. Till today my claim is rejected is not paid,becareful with king price their investigators cant be trusted Im hurt, im frustrated
