Claim Rejected

I had a car accident on 16 July 2018 , I have given all documentation to King Prices Adjuster Gary , In my accident I had a severe head concussion and broken nose . Gary took 3 weeks to finalise my claim by going everywhere to investigate . I was take to hospital by a passer by who met my family there . I was taken into ER was booked in under been at a work function and was assaulted I was unconscious at the time and only woke up when the doctor requested that he inject me with Aesthetic as he needed to staple my head . I did tell the doctor I was in a car accident when he asked me what had happened to me . There was no blood tests or any other evidence stating I was drunk or could prove that I had drank except the ER Report which does not state how much was I over the limit . My claim was rejected by King Price on the assumption of the doctor and there investigation . I had advised Gary that I did not drink and was not under the influence of alcohol . My family who was at the ER at the time was also in shock as they had to fill out the details on my application form , I do not know what was written until I requested the doctors clinical notes which did not state I was under the influence of alcohol . I am very disappointed with King Price and would never recommend them to anyone . My Wife and Sister are moving to other insurance companies due to this event . CKP ********** /1
