Claim Rejected

The last time that I remember seeing my phone was in my vehicle, in the cubbyhole. I am not a locksmith by profession so it is in my opinion that they used signal jamming to gain access into my vehicle, as a similar incident, with one of the parents at my daughters school, happened two weeks ago. It does not clearly state that King Price does not cover a claim/ that a claim will be rejected if this force of entry is used. As technology is upgraded so is the knowledge of those who *****. When I secured my daughter in her child seat I proceeded to the drivers door in where I noticed that my door had been tampered with and therefore left opened and not properly closed. I understand that according to KPPD page 49 there must be visible signs that the car was broken into, but no where does it state that there must be damages. The claim has claim will remain rejected until proof of visible forced entry is received.<br> <br> I am extremely frustrated as I have spent the passed two days sorting this issue out.
