Claim Rejected

I am writing to complain about my car insurance claim being rejected.<br> <br> I got a call from a lady by the name of Dipuo from King Price informing me that my claim has been rejected as i was in the meeting, i asked her to give me a call later but she didn't. The following day i phoned King Price i was told the claims department is very busy they took my details and promised to call me back but as usual they did not. Again yesterday i called them, am i surprised? No same thing happened again. I'm not sure if we supposed to be treated like kings or ***s because at the moment i dont think that i'm treated to the worth of my money.<br> <br> someone better give me a call or else.<br>
