Claim rejected

ive submitted a claim on my cellphone that fell and the screen broke more than two weeks ago, no feedback from them, after numerous calls eventually was told my claim was rejected because i am listed on itc, of which i wasnt even aware of, so they take my premiums but dont want to entertain a claim, i was so stupid to go from Virseker to King Price, i had two claims with Virseker in the past and they paid out without any problems,but what i want to know what difference does it make if im listed on itc, my money is good enough for them but they dont want to entertain my claim...total BS if you ask me
