Claim process with King Price Insurance

I am in the process of buying a new car. My current insurance is with Stansure but they quoted me quite high on the new car. King Price is much cheaper but I would like to know how is their service with claims etc? I only read good reviews so far on their service regarding getting quotes.

Can anyone please advise on above?
