Claim process was fast due to the nature of accident, got assistance in time and the people who were assisting me were patient enough to answer all Questions and be friendly while remaining professional
Claim process was fast due to the nature of accident, got assistance in time and the people who were assisting me were patient enough to answer all Questions and be friendly while remaining professional. The only part that I did not understand was that of car hire. As a person who pays for it I should have been granted it on day one as a coutousy but ke I know that firms do things differently at all times.
