Claim process not for weak people

King Price's claim process is not for weak people. It can land you in hospital. You feel depressed and stressed without getting any clear indication what is happening. My experience is after l lodged the claim the assessor wanted more paper work than anything else. After a week she still hasn't gone to the accident scene to see why the car was moved off the road. Their authorized tower did not even go to fetch the car where it was stored after being removed from the accident scene instead he wanted to be met halfway with the damaged car. This clearly shows what kind of service you get from KP and their authorized towers. It doesn't end there, the assessor is not interested in the accident. I am the owner of the car but not the regular driver of the car that met an accident but l have to give consent to access ******** records. This should have happened when l first joined KP not during the claim process. If you don't want to be depressed don't even consider joining King Price. You pay monthly fees to be treated like a ******** without even being involved in an accident. The only crime l did was to join King Price as their client.
