Claim procedure

I had a break in December last year 2024, they stole estimated 140 000 items in my house,so since I have house contents with them I submitted the claim all the procedures were followed, all the investigations were done correctly but when is come to pay they gave me very hard time, they wanted the proof of the items slips and the boxes as well as photos they even phone the shops where I bought an items. After their investigation they only paid me R42 000 coupon selected stores. I am still not happy I need just because on their contract was none of above proofs.
