Claim on ice

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN<br> <br> I have filled a claim on January 27, following an accident which occurred in the Johannesburg CBD. <br> My car's front bumper and headlight were damaged.<br> As per the request of the claims commander Dudu Mabuza, I have submitted all necessary requirements to process my claim.<br> The unfortunate part of the story is it took my insurer more than a week to receive and accident report.<br> I would receive an sms every time after I called in to follow up that my claim is still being processed and i will contacted in due course.<br> I joined the insurer King Price because they marketed themselves, as being fast and efficient, free of red tape.<br> I am writing today, to challenge King Price to honor its promise of royal service.<br> My car is still new and i really don't want to continue driving it with a dented bumper, its been two weeks going into three now waiting. <br> My claim number is as folllows: CKP***/1.<br> I beg your cooperation in this regards.<br> Kind regards,<br> Kgopi Mabotja<br> <br> <br> <br>
