Claim Not yet settled in a 12 Months
On 28 February 2014 I had a car accident and lodged a claim with King Price Insurance. They arranged to wing of the vehicle and continued with the verification of the claim. On the 19 march 2014 they repudiated the claim and alleged that I have not disclosed some of the risk information. They alleged that MiWay Insurance has once cancelled a claim against me However that was not so. I made an effort to convince them but they ignored me.I contacted MiWay and MiWay apologised for wrong information and they issued me a retraction letter. I took the matter to the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance and they instructed King Price Insurance to settle the matter.In the policy wording of King Price Insurance it clearly states that \should the vehicle be financed the finance house will be settled first."However King Price Insurance did not settle the finance house first till to date. <br> <br> When the claim got repudiated I had no other place to keep the wreck and the only place I managed to find storage it was not free. The car had and still accumulates the storage fees. King Price Insurance paid the storage fees without my consent and they want to deduct that payment from the settlement figure."""

This offer was then declined by you and you referred the matter to your attorney. Please note that the storage fees incurred for your vehicle were in fact incurred due to you taking the vehicle from our supplier to a supplier of your choice for an extended period of time hence the storage fees.
We have attempted to collect the vehicle but you have not allowed this, due to this the vehicle has incurred further storage fees. To conclude we are unable to settle the matter until the vehicle has been released to us.
