Claim not Paid out- Lies

I was promised by Tumelo Malakoane on the 06th of March 2015 that the sum of R10 000 will be paid out in my account in 2-3 Working days. that has not happened, today I'm getting a very lazy and tired excuse that there was a problem with the system. My problem is that every time I raise something with kingprice, even the consultant hide behind the system or its either you have been experiencing problems with your lines or whatsoever.<br> <br> Look I'm paying premiums every month(and on a date that I promised) and I have never given lame excuses why I cannot pay my premiums. Please can you do the Honorable thing and pay out my claim, I just don't care how you pay out. I need a new phone. I'm having second thoughts now, if you can't easily pay out for a mere phone (R10000.00), how can you pay out for my car in case something happens. IF YOU CANNOT PAYOUT MY CLAIM BY TOMORROW 13 February 2015 PLEASE CANCEL MY INSURANCE EFFECTIVE 01 APRIL 2015, I cant tolerate such abuse while I'm paying close to R2000.00 on premiums every month and don't have a phone for over a month now. I CANT!!!<br>
