Claim not finalised - poor service
I submitted a claim through King price insurance on the 7th of June 2022,furthermore I have been given the run around for over a month now.
Claims consultant promised to call me back 3 weeks ago to give me feedback based on the claim submitted- to date no update - disgusting service from king price - I have been with king price for over 7 years and to be treated this way is extremely unprofessional.I will be lodging a formal complaint to the ombudsman.
STAY AWAY FROM KING PRICE INSURANCE - POOR SERVICE ALL ROUND!
