Claim not fairly honoured

I got ****** about 2 weeks ago, I had insured a phone and a smart watch. The honoured my phone fairly, but the watch, they did not honour it fairly. They said that the watch will be a replacement, but they are replacing my watch with a watch that is not even close to the watch I had. Firstly, my Samsung watch 3 was an LTE, 45mm watch, they want to give me a watch (Galaxy Watch 4) that is not even LTE capable and the size of the Galaxy Watch 40mm, it is not even the same size as the watch I had previously. They lady who was handling my claim, is not even responding to my email any longer.
