Claim not being resolved after 11 days in process!
I submitted a claim for a theft of bicycle out of my motor vehicle on the 24th of October. to date, the 4th of November i still have no confirmation of an outcome of this claim. This turn around time is unacceptable.
i will definitely consider moving my insurance after this has been resolved to avoid 'claim stage' issues like this again.
