Claim not approved for 3 weeks

My car was involved in an accident almost three weeks back. They correctly towed the car from the scene on the same date and we sent them the incident report on 30th May 2022. Up to date 21 June 2024 the claim has not yet been approved instead yesterday I get an email requesting for the same r incident report and additional information that bears no relevance to the claim.
