Claim no feedback...NOTHING

King price promises Great service, however every interaction from requesting a Tow truck to simply the debit going off at the right time is an issue,

i stay because its a tedious process to change Insurances, however i need assistance, i even doubt this mail will be read , call backs have been arranged, but no one from the entire ''empire'' bothers to pick up the phone and call back.

On the 26th of June around the hours of 17:00 (17:20 approx) i was driving on Helen Joseph Road in Glenwood (Duban) As i was driving North, a Rawson Property vehicle which was parked on the left moving into my lane without checking for any obstructions and as such struck my vehicle. It was unfortunately too late to apply brakes. As such my vehicle sustained a lot of damage to the left hand side. The Rawson Property vehicle was driven by Kerry Ackerman, Kerry got out the vehicle and apologized for not checking before entering the road and mentioned that she was in a hurry to fetch her kids, she later added that i must relax, her words were “ relax i have insurance. Let me just go get my boss “ while she was getting her boss, i took pictures of the vehicles and the license disk. When her boss - Sheldon Johnsen got there, she (Kerry) stated that she needs to leave as she was late and she needed to fetch her kids, her boss asked that i just deal with him as he will be the one handling the insurance claim. He asked that i send the AR details to him and he also reiterated that Rawson Property will cover the damages on my vehicle. My vehicle was towed by Durban South Panel Beaters as they were the first on the scene. At 18:20 i went to the Umbilo police station to fill out a accident report (AR number : 215/06/2019) the following day on the 27th of June i went to the Rawson Property office (69 Helen Joseph Rd) to personally give them my AR number, i went on to enquire what is going to happen as my vehicle was at Durban South Panel Beaters waiting for them. Her response was that she was advised to only pay for my excess which i told her will not help me because the fault was not on my part and as such she needs to stick to her word and actually cover my vehicle as the damage was caused by a mistake on her part. This is when, she said she will talk to her boss (Sheldon) and find out what he says. An hour later she got back to me and said her boss said she has to claim from her own personal insurance of which i even asked how that is possible because Sheldon himself stated that Rawson Property has insurance therefore everything will be taken care of, i then followed this by explaining to her that all i need from her is my car fixed, and i explained that she needs to stick to her word because if i did not have insurance they would not be making that offer of just paying for my excess and her words were that “ in that case we would’ve gone to court “ i told her that if that is the case, i guess i will have to involve my lawyers. She sent me who i can contact from her insurance : Bryte Insurance - *** the person in charge is Marianne.

The matter was escalated to king price, interviews were done by king price on Monday 08/07/2019, i was advised that the car might be a write - off, however when i was told this i asked the questions as to why would it be a write off if the Permitted confessed to being in the wrong? and had agreed that she would pay for all damages ? i have been waiting to be called back since Monday, when i called into the call center, the person in charge of my claim who was supposed to get back to me on Monday was not in, so God forbid anything were to happen to this person no one will ever be able to assist me wow!!!!

I Need to know what the way forward is, as i need my vehicle fixed and King price and Rawson are both quiet??

i was told that Nico (who is investigating this would get back to me) but no surprise nothing!

so as a paying customer , religiously every month where is the HELP and fast response you promised,

please be advised, if i am not contacted, i will be taking this matter further, and will also be putting this up on HELLO PETER, king price and Rawson are both reputable companies however have both gone quiet, i am left with a car in the Warehouse just sitting there !!! I HAVE BEEN CALLING KING PRICE NO ONE CAN ASSIST ME BECAUSE NICO IS NOT THERE !!!!!!!!! AND NICO DOES NOT CALL BACK AS HE SAYS HE WILL!
