Claim Nightmare

<p>When I decided to take a policy with King Price I thought I would get "Royal Service" from King Price. No need to say that they service I got was nothing short of disrespectful. I am completely disappointed in King Price. When I decided to take a policy with King Price I did not know that the day I claim I would be one be irritating them, two I would have to cover my back in having proof mails to show how bad their service is and three I would have to be the one to push my insurance company to settle my claim. I am officially heading into week 3 after my accident without knowing anything either than that my car will be fixed, what company - I don't know, how long will the panelbeaters take - I don't know, which account do I pay my excess too- I don't know. So in simple terms I know nothing about my car either than it's with some panelbeater somewhere on this planet! This means I am being inconvenienced further!</p> <p> </p>
