CLAIM ISSUES

we were with OUTsurance for more than 8 years before moving to king price for our property insurance, never had any claim issues with OUTsurance only reason for moving was a better preemie,,,, was the worst decision ever, first claim we have a Maintenace issue (according to King Price) , and what is troubling while assessor was here another king price customer phoned him complaining about claim outcome that is also said as maintenance issue,,, the whole proses off our claim took about 4 weeks with extra water damage in our house because off there time to finalize claims, and this claim was rejected, OUR FIRST CLAIM TO THEM...

KING PRICE INSURANCE IS NOT A GOOD INSURANCE COMPANY WITH TO MANY EXCUSES NOT TO FIX THE PROBLEM,,,, FAST TO TAKE PREMIE BUT DOESNT PAY OUT A CLAIM

We wil be looking to cancel our inurance from them,, wil never refer them to anyone.

They are fast to help to get you coverd but very slow to claim and do not proces your claim, they are full of excuses not to pay
