Claim is not progressing .Im paying for a car and insurance but car not getting fixed
My car was involved in accident in December. The car was towed to a panel beater. PANEL beater send me message everyday saying waiting for parts. Apparently insurance has not approved parts or ordered them.but they don't communicate. We paying for a car to use it not for it to camp at panel beater.Its end of January and nothing is happening, no one is talking to me

As with all insurers and repairers we are not in control of delays on parts orders. We have sent a request to our Assessing team to follow up with the repairer for you in order to speed up the process as much as possible.
