Claim is deliberately delayed

Just want to share my experience with how King Price has been handling my claim at such a critical time of the year. I had a Vehicle Accident on the 6 December 2021; and logged the claim on the same day. The vehicle was declared a write-off.

I feel that the claim is being delayed deliberately not for my benefit but for the benefit of the insurance company.

What further frustrates me is the fact that it is being handled by different agents, the first one after his investigation referred it to the GM for payment of the settlement and the second agent took over to say they cant finalize settlement without a statement from a Third Party.

We are in a critical time of the year for the kids to start school and for myself to meet their teachers and eventually return to work.

Furthermore I am still paying debt for the car which I am not driving and also I am paying King Price premium for the car which is a bit crazy considering that the vehicle is write off.

The current agent I am dealing with did however offer Car Hire and I turned it down because it merely meant that they will never finalize the claim and the reasons they are providing are not in my interest but for their own interest only.

Your response is a mere automated reply, if it was genuine indeed someone would have decency to contact me directly and advise me what is the cause of the real delay.
