Claim insurance complain

I'm very disappointed on their service this time. My car was involved in an accident on the 6th June 2020, reported the incident to them the same day. Everything was going smooth, I don't know what changed some weeks ago, the person responsible for my claim is not getting back to me, I'm sending e-mails but no reply. I mean it's been over 2 months now, I've signed and submitted everything that was required from my side. Still I'm not getting any action, nothing at all...
