CLAIM FOR MY CAR/ACCIDENT

I have never had an accident before, or had to claim, however when I joined King Price in June 2017, I was informed that I had to go and have my car assessed by Glasfit in Pinetown, which I did. Glasfit never sent the assessment report to King Price, and now that I have had an accident, they want me to go to Glasfit (Their service provider) and request a copy because according to Stef**** in the claims section, dealing with my claim unfortunately, Glasfit was not very helpful. How is this my problem, now they have sent me a letter stating that I must comply with their demands, or within 3 workings days my claim will be rejected. What is that, they are willing to take my money, to send me down to Pinetown for the assessment in June 2018, which I comp**** with, WHY IS IT NOW MY PROBLEM TO GET THEM THE ASSESSMENT!!!!!!! Please can someone help me, as an accident is traumatic enough, without your insurance company trying to get me as well. What are my rights???
