Claim for accident

<p>My husband was in an accident on 06 January 2017 and being the insured Policy holder and the registered owner of the said motor vehicle , registered the claim at King Price Insurance.</p> <p>the claim was denied do to the fact that I am on ITC , of which I was not aware as I did not receive any correspondence regarding this matter. The monthly premiums wer paid in full every month and during that time there was no problem regarding the ITC . When it came to claiming this was denied. I dont see what me being on ITc has to do with my husband's claim as I was not the claimant and am married out of community of property. It is all fine and dandy being on ITC and paying your premiums but when it comes to claiming , there is a problem. The paying out of the claim has got nothing to do with ITC as this is money which is supposed to be refunded and not debited. This is the worst service I have ever had from any company I have dealt with over the years.</p>
