CLAIM DISPUTE

I'm a really dissapointed with the kind of service I received from King Price. My claim was declined with reasons "Mis-Presentation of regular driver" and I like to dispute that. I have been insured with the company for almost 2 years now for 3 cars where I'm listed as a regular driver for the 2 cars and the other one it's my partner. My partner was involved in an accident on one of the car where I'm I'm listed as a regular driver and they declined by claim based on that. This particular car is our family car, most of the time we are together in the vehicle making turns in driving. But on this particular day it's unfortunate that I was not there, then boooom. Claim declined. I'll like to dispute this claim. I'm disgusted by the kind of service I received
