Claim denied for a "power surge"

After submitting a claim for R 1300 for a UPS, I was told it was rejected because it was for a "power surge". The funny thing is that a surge suppressor, a power conditioner and a R 30000 PC that was plugged into the same power outlet, was not damaged by the "power surge" It just shows what people you are dealing with when you insure with King Price Insurance Needless to say, I am looking for alternative insurance
