Claim declined by king price car insurance

Good day i want to launch a complain about king price car insurance, on the 18/12/2020 i experienced a attempted hijacking on R80 mabopani highway at around 20:00 heading to Pretoria west 2 cars chased me and put me in the middle . The car in front of me suddenly stopped i tried to avoid it swerved to the right and lost control i hit the concrete barrier the 2 cars speed off . By the grace of God i was not injured. The tow truck came to tow the car away but there was no police on the scene i immediately reported to the accident to the police station. King price agent(mfundo) was so rude and arrogant, he treated me like a ******** . He declined the claim by saying his tow truck driver said 1- I was smelling alcohol, couldn't stand straight up and i removed the alcohol from my car . 2 my tyres were not road worthy. So on the 15/01/2021 around 23:30 i got a private call from a some guy who said he is working at king price. I don't were he got my information but he sounded intoxicated wanted me to pay him a bribe to change the his statement. I tried to call mfundo never answered my calls send him emails no respond . After a week he called me i told him want happened he said he know nothing about the guy and he didn't give anyone my information. I need advice to deal with king price
