claim declined

I have just received feedback, saying they are cancelling my insurance and i will not be covered for the claim. " The investigator by the name of Emile Nel says i **** about my previous insurance, they cancelled me. I never **** i was in an accident in 2017, then arrested for drunk driving because they guy, we were involved in an accident accused me of drunk driving, but the case was later dropped and they did not pay for my damages, I laid charges for the police who assaulted me and tried to get assistance with my claim, but nothing materialized. now I am faced with this issue, I am accused of lying when i joined my current insurance.
