I wanted to claim for my Hisense tv I bought 2 years ago. The vision are dark and show bar code on the screen . The technician fetched my TV who then informed King Price its wear and tear. How can this be after 2 years . I have another tv for 15 years still have very good vision and colour that tv I will say would be wear and tear if the vision are faulty but not a tv of 2 years old.
