CLAIM

I was a very unhappy upon receiving an email from Sarah that my claim will be closed because I was aggrieved by how it was handled. However after Alicia De Goede took the claim over in a matter of a day she managed to get it approved. That is a Royal Service. We were already upset about our luggage and the fact that someone removed items from it. I must compliment and commend Alicia De Goede!!! Thank you Alicia
