They are anything but Kings service that they claim they are, it's superficial. They are more establishment happy to take monthly premiums but when it comes to the party they are not happy to bring not even drinks. They put systems in place to drive you in circles indefinitely when it comes to get your claim processed despite all looking good on the surface. My process started 6-7 weeks ago as per their prescribed process which they don't tell you a out when they cheat you into giving them your business and trust that they will be there for you in case you need them. Not only that they are dragging you around, intimidating you and forcing you to go to the panelbeater shop of their choice which is out of your registered place of residence but shop that isn't even able to recognize shade of the color of your vehicle never mind if they are even able to repaired as per the standards approved by the manufacturer. When objected to that fact I was told to go to the repairer of the choice who are MB SA approved repairer and they are just a few Kms away from us. Ever since King price Insurance has gone into stall mode and no progress has been made since a proper quote by the Appointed repairer was produced few weeks ago. I keep following up on the claim only to finish into the dead end road. I am considering to report KPI to the relevant Ombudsman in order to get the job done.
