CLAIM AUTHORISATION DECLINED
I am having a problem with king price insurance claim department refusing to authorize some part of the accident claim, they're claiming it isn't accident related and prolonging my car to be released from the penal-beater, I am so frustrated as I have to call them daily to be assisted with additional claim for the accident, my claim no. "CKP***/1", I am in need of them to authorized everything mentioned by the panel-beater and fix my car, they are deducting money from my account monthly yet they refuse to authorised everything needed to be fixed.
