Claim and motnhly instalments
<p>Very bad insurance</p> <p> </p> <p>We got rob and the took my car key, So when I want to put in a claim the tell me I must pay R13500 before they can help me.</p> <p>So I try to explain to the lady how can I pay R13000 if the locks and new key cost only R6500 and the she couldn’t answer me</p> <p>And drop the phone. Now I still sit with this problem and they don’t want to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The otter thing is like they say when your payment degrease monthly is also a lie.</p> <p> </p> <p>Don’t go to king price they are hopeless.</p> <p> </p>

I’d call king price and was on the phone for almost 25min trying to sort out this claim.
At the end the lady said me I must pay R13500 for a R6500 claim and it’s better to pay it out of my pocket.
Why do I have insurance then ? So I must pay king price double so that I can sort out my car which is currently standing
Because we don’t want to drive it with one key.
