Claim and get treated like a ********

My dual sim phone got ****** after I got it insured from King Price, after my MTN sim was last used in February this year and I used my Rain data sim as my secondary sim card, Rain can not assist me with an itemized bill because I was using my data sim without a nr. Claim got rejected because I used my rain sim card, King Price STILL deducted the premium of my phone even AFTER I told them my phone was ******. WORSE SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED!! I was treated like a ******** trying to claim a phone that was ******, even with my sworn affidavit from the police and ALL the other documents they requested! I am cancelling my insurance and will never ever encourage anyone to use this terrible useless insurance
