claim

So I was in an accident and registered my claim with king price and they told me my excess is R7600!!! I asked them if they can take this amount and deduct it from my damage amount and the lady said they don't do that. apparently they do 3 things. repair, replace, payout. so I told her that i would like the payout and she said no. I told her that they received the damage report from a repair service and that there is no way that I can afford the R7600. She said that I must find alternative methods to get the money.
