CKP***/4/5 Storm damages
Reported a storm damage and have had no response and thus is frustrating .The floors are a hazard for kids and we been held hostage by the waiting for your assessors to come and access the damages This is ridiculous as we have to be waiting with a house with a funny smell and the kids are sleeping on the couches . The fact that we have experienced such a tragedy and we not getting any assistance from you guys yet paying each month .
